In one area of the SEP, they had problems scheduling meetings, keeping records of attendees, what was discussed in the meeting, and the agreements reached. Therefore, we were asked to create a system to register all this information.

The system is a task manager where meetings can be scheduled for both internal and external people, view meeting topics, add documents to be reviewed, keep track of agreements, and monitor the progress of those agreements.
